These Terms govern access to and use of THRD services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using THRD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

THRD provides email infrastructure for AI-agent workflows, including inbox provisioning, message threading, policy controls, and API-based operations.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use THRD in compliance with applicable laws and provider policies. You may not use THRD for abusive or harmful messaging.

  • No unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.
  • No purchased, scraped, or otherwise unauthorized recipient lists.
  • No fraud, phishing, malware, or deceptive communications.
  • No attempts to bypass trust, policy, or security controls.

5. Fair-use and retention limits

Unlimited incoming email means THRD does not apply a monthly commercial quota based on incoming-message count. It does not mean unlimited storage, attachments, processing, compute or retention. Message-size, rate, anti-abuse and content-retention controls apply as described in the Fair-use Policy.

We may throttle, temporarily reject, quarantine or pause traffic that threatens platform reliability or safety. These controls are separate from commercial inbound usage counters.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Free does not require a payment card. Paid features are provided through recurring subscriptions and billed in advance according to your selected plan. Outbound capacity is measured in recipient units and never overrides recipient authority, policy or suppression controls. Plan changes and cancellations take effect according to your active billing cycle.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, policy violations, non-payment, or conduct that creates security or compliance risk.

8. Intellectual Property

THRD and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by THRD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THRD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, THRD disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of THRD after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
