THRD provides email infrastructure for AI-agent workflows, including inbox provisioning, message threading, policy controls, and API-based operations.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use THRD in compliance with applicable laws and provider policies. You may not use THRD for abusive or harmful messaging.

  • No unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.
  • No purchased, scraped, or otherwise unauthorized recipient lists.
  • No fraud, phishing, malware, or deceptive communications.
  • No attempts to bypass trust, policy, or security controls.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid features are provided through recurring subscriptions. Billing is charged in advance according to your selected plan. Plan changes and cancellations take effect according to your active billing cycle.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, policy violations, non-payment, or conduct that creates security or compliance risk.

7. Intellectual Property

THRD and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by THRD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THRD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, THRD disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
